go to Denver

One night, Derrek, Brandon, Kayla, Amber and me were sitting around the apartment, and we decided to take a trip. In 2 hours, we had all taken off of work, got financially situated, made plans, and started packing. 3 days later, we were driving through the Rocky Mountains, with the windows down, snow pouring into the car, and screaming to the top of our lungs! We stayed for a week (and even got a free night at the hotel we were in). We had a little car trouble, but that just added to the adventure. We’ll definitely be back.

I’m writing this from the 16th Street hotspot. It’s a beautiful sunny, breezy afternoon.

It’s been a few years since I’ve been here. My brother lives in Littleton, so I do visit from time to time, but mostly he comes to where I live, in Seattle. Denver is a very nice city, in a beautiful location. Its people and its streets look more cosmopolitan than I remember it being in years past.

I’ve been to Denver twice, although once was just a quick stop in the airport. It was a lot of fun and I’m glad to say I’ve been there :)

Had an amazing time there and was surprised to see such a diverse place.

I just realized this morning that when I wake up next Saturday, I will be in Denver. I hope the bed is as comfortable as the one I have here at home or I won’t be getting much sleep.

I am taking a 7am flight to Denver next week. I have to get up at 4am to do this.

What could I possibly been thinking?

Wait, I know exactly what i was thinking! Whooo Hoooo! I’m heading west again!

It was so beautiful! I’d love to go back to the mountains.
