so I’m five pounds lighter and just renewed my gym membership. I could list all the excuses there are as to why this is taking so long but instead I’ll just say I have the time now and plan on getting this done.
I figure every 5 pounds is another mile stone so I’ll make my next update once I reach the 10lbs mark.

Why in the heck can’t I motivate myself to use the gym membership that I joined two months ago??? I have no problem getting in my 4 miles of walking and working in running (which I have increased) a day. I have always hated working out in front of people. This is just one of those things… like dancing. Love to watch people doing it and wish I was out there on the floor, and can… when someone drags me out there after a couple drinks (maybe 3 or 4). But obviously it’s not a good idea to hit the bar before a workout. I need to figure out some sore of bribe for myself. Yeah, that’s what I will do.

Lost 18lbs… Just slowly reducing my carbs and walking and some running. This has to be a lifestyle! I cant help myself wanting to punch a guy who said you cant loose weight by doing the above. Coming from a guy who sells snacks and looks like he’s carrying a baby! Ooo… I digress, it’s about me… not some idiot guy I use to date. Okay, two more to go and I am done with this goal! And I have to get to Fit for Life and get this bod toned up!
