drink lots of coffee

This is a goal you can complete in a short amount of time!

Done this, do this every day, several times a day!! Prefer a tall glass of iced coffee over any other beverage!

I do this frequently.

Caffeine is good for me it makes me calm down! I used to drink Dr Pepper as well but I have stopped since it’s not vegan. I don’t drink coca cola either. So coffee it is!

I’m really cooking on this goal :)

Right after I have this baby and finish breastfeeding, I want some coffee hooked up into an IV going directly into my bloodstream. While the IV is dripping, I want a few shots of espresso and some iced cappacino. sigh I miss my coffee

On the other hand, there was a time in my life when I was so dependent on the stuff that I was never seen without a coffee mug clutched in one hand, and it was no longer doing anything for me beyond preventing me from getting the world’s worst headache ever. That, and my stomach had gone all wonky from all the coffee so all I could manage to eat was cereal. (That was my last semester of college).

On the other, other hand . . . mmmm, coffee. Mmmm. I am contemplating giving it up, and have cut down dramatically to a cup of half decaf, half regular a day, but . . . mmmmmmm.

It’s unhealthy, and I should be drinking water instead. A latte from Starbucks is loaded with calories.

Well coffee is one of the loves of my life teehe so yummy – i will drink it almost anyway it comes teehee but i am always hear it is so unhealthy – kinda sad – it is just so good :) - my favorite Cafe Mocha – but coffee black is nice too
