I did dance quite a bit… but not enough. The realization came that I am terribly unfit. Not fat (high metabolism helps I think), just cannot dance for hours like I used to. Need to do more exercise!

But there is always reason to dance some more. Often I may be dancing inside but it rarely manifests itself in any more than a smile :)
I’d like to learn some ‘proper’ dance steps, belly dancing for instance or salsa…one day! Until then I shall just wriggle and wiggle and shimmy and sway my own way.
