I bought a membership at the YMCA last year and I’ve hardly used it. I just found out that my friend just got a membership there as well so we’re going to try to go to the gym together. It will be so nice to have a gym buddy, even if it’s only occasionally. 4 months ago

My problem is that I have too much fat on my thighs so the only solution is to run, and run lots.
Doing long periods of low intensity running
I mean at least 45 minutes, and anywhere up to 1 hour.
If I want to speed up my results, I will Take it up to an hour a day, 7 days a week ..

Tried yoga yesterday, it’s totally my thing! I’ve also been taking salsa lessons with a friend for the last three weeks, it’s fun but for nowwe really suck :D. 21 months ago
I don’t think I’m going to get any exercise in this week. I had a sore throat all day yesterday, and it has turned into a full-fledged cold. I already have enough on my plate with school work, so I’m going to concentrate on getting rest and chipping away at my homework.
I will try to get outside for some short walks, however. It’s good to get some fresh air. 23 months ago
