Express love and gratitude daily

I am greatful for my friend Joe who has been helping me wiht my house. He has been a Godsend.

Been pretty stressed lately and am grateful for music in helping me to get my emotions out.

Today is Memorial Day….

I went to the Arsenal and took my dad’s fire bell…I rang it louldy, sat on his grave with my dog and I cried. I miss him. But I am grateful to know that he loved me. It has been 7 years since he has been gone 26 for my mom..

I was grateful for sleep….

Thank God…I can actually think and I can actually eat…

I have to say today I am in a good mood. I haven’t been in a good mood since my heart was broken. Maybe there is light at the end of the tunnel….

Thank God the sun is finally shining…this has been the worst winter in history…Cold snowy and gloomy…

I am here…I need to be thankful for that. I went to the grocery store, there was a young boy who’s legs weren’t there. He was working as a bagger and he was happy.

I have all so much to be thankful…and happiness is not on the table today..Hopefully tomorrow.
