get a black eye

It’s harder than I thought. My friend tried to give me one the other week but she can’t punch for shit. I told my other friend last night and he said he’d have a go. He got my cheekbone more but hopefully by tomorrow the bruising will have spread to my eye. I’m glad I was drunk when I let him do it hahaha.

Be nice if I could get marked while doing something valiant, but will probably receive this ‘favour’ from a friend

i’ve had a couple, none all that pleasant. the first i fell off the roof of a car i was goofing around on and smacked my face on the side mirror. the second (and third) came when i was walking down my dorm hallway on my hands. i lost my balance and fell flat on my face—-resulting in 2 black eyes and one broken nose. wonderful. it was my first weekend away from home at college and i had to go to my classes this way for quite awhile. i can promise you i got some looks but nobody messed with me.

Years ago my very very big dog jumped up on the couch when I was leaning over.. accidentally head butting me!

Immediately, a large grape sized lump developed on my brow bone. I freaked out. I went to the emergency room and nothing was broken.

I did, however, develop a spectacular black eye. I had a job at the time as a bartender (new job). I went to work, and was told I couldn’t work with the black eye. (!!!!) WTF?! I thought the black eye would get me better tips. ;o) I lost the job, but who cares! Who wants to work at a place that snobby anyways?

I will always treasure the memory of my spectacular black eye, the black eye my first soul-mate dog gave me.

Black eyes are not always the result of domestic violence, although everyone seemed to think that’s what happened to me. Interesting. The injuries I got from domestic violence never showed.. they were always hidden.

I had one when I was a kid due to a schoolyard accident but unfortunately no photographic evidence exists from this mishap. Don’t ask why I want one now. I just think it’s be funny. :P

I have one now. Got it the other night. I was drunk and fell out of my SUV onto a gravel parking lot. Not fun.

The first time, I had both eyes blackened by my mom for fighting with my sister. I was only 13, so I didn’t get the irony at the time.

I don’t bruise easily and have recently smacked my self in theeye with a metal fixture from my store and all i got was a limp and a scratch. no bruise what so ever. I know I will get one eventually but I’m not gonna try and make it happen. It seems like it would take more force then i am willing to let hit me unblocked.
