The 2001 Christmas cards went out by Christmas. The 2002 ones went out after New Years. Last year they were so late we actually sent out Valentine’s cards instead! This year it’s nearly St. Patrick’s Day and I think I have to resign myself to Easter cards. The photo of our then-15-month-old will be outdated if we wait too much longer. Sending them out for Christmas 2005 is not so much an option because by then we’ll have 2 kids, not 1!
