Own a pair of Chuck Taylors

I currently own a brand-new pair of bright green high-tops. I got them last Tuesday.

I finally got my first pair of Chuck Taylors! I got it at Converse, Vivocity, SIngapore.
A black pair, totally classic.

They look so totally emo-cool with my skinnies!

I always imagined myself as a “Chuck Taylor” kid.

Whenever I pictured the kind of person I wanted to be, I pictured this picturesque kid out of a movie. A character.

He wore the flashy sweatshirt and the bright colored Converse Chuck Taylors.

Well I got myself a turquoise sweatshirt so now I really want a pair of orange Converse Chuck Taylors.

I’d probably wear them with some matching turquoise laces.

I have two pairs, both lowtops, one is the ‘classic’ black + white, the other is red and black.
I love switching around the laces on my black and white ones. right now, the right shoe has pink ones and the left has green :D

and i love them… never has a shoe been more comfortable, or fit me as well….

my next pair of shoes… you guessed it, another pair of chucks. :D

I found an awesome pair of Chuck’s on ebay. They are a bit different from my flames – but I think they are pretty cool. Won them, now just need to wait for delivery!

My beloved black hightop chucks with the red & yellow flames are starting to be a bit decrepit. I can’t find one of my Roadrunner & Wiley Coyote Chucks – I suspect the dog. :(

Therefore it is time to get a new pair of Chucks before the flames totally go out. I haven’t decided what I want for a pattern yet. No solids for me…I like a bit of flair or perhaps its tacky on my feet.

after going through millions of shoe stores all over halifax, dartmouth, bedford, etc., i finally settled for a pair of high-tops brown chuck taylors. i think chuck tailors are a classic and they’re unique to anyone who wears them, plus the colour choice can really suit anyone. i’m glad i bought these :)

I finally bought a pair last weekend, and I’ve been wearing them all week! They’re not the ones I first wanted, but I think they’re even better! (they’re printed with the US flag) I still need to wear them in, I think – my toes are a little sore right now. It’s amazing how many people have commented on them since I got them. Even I can’t stop admiring my feet. :-)
