food poisoning last night? not sure what happened, but blah.
might have been a mix of anxiety, the rich choc mocha , late night, the yoga after the mocha. All I know is that I’m tired and it’s critical day at work
I need to check her files, check on T. m/b go down to the classroom, meet about monday, give a beloved staff memeber a warning letter, who is about to get fired. meet with a staff who is very sweet , lunch , meet with a staff who is a pain in the ass, run to a meeting , where i need to do part of a presentation.
come home and check email.
I am tired and I am already late for work. Positive thoughts needed 6 months ago
I’m feeling like I’m slipping back into some depression/anxiety.I recognize i am in the red flag zone. doubting myself, my future possiblities and feeling flat. I need to catch it now.
I need to go back to the basics.
1. Eat well today. Yesterday, I slipped back into a pattern of high sugar, and I need to recognize that part of this dip is due to the cinnamon roll and lollipops. I need to eat simple today, with high protein and vegg/apple.
2. excercise: I had a rest day yesterday, which is fine. I just need to go to the gym today and walk during lunch.
3. No technology tonight. I’ve been infront of the screen for hours each day. I need to shut it down and not do screen time.
4. I need to do some centering prayer/meditation, tonight.
5. Call K and check in . Social connections of people who are on my side.
6. Clean and organize work home and car, at least a little bit.
7. prioritize work and be a woman of action.
8. positive attitude, calm and stand confidentally and with compassion.

get to work, have everything ready. enjoy the time there, be positive, be organized enough to do the file scan and the supervision. Get the CCR report done and …...?...., and be done by 3pm or so. go to the reception tonight ….in a positive mood… mingle…..fight off my intervert tendencies.
