This year we even made some vegan lefse.

Some families I know do this cooperatively, assembly-line style. In my family it’s more like a competitive sport, with accolades for the largest, thinnest, most symmetrical/even and most perfectly toasted lefse. This year my sweetie was the big winner. Was it just beginner’s luck? Only time will tell. Stay tuned for the results of next year’s lefse games!
