catch a snowflake on my tongue

I live in Minnesota, it’s pretty much unavoidable.

of course, it was over the weekend during a storm!

so I may just get a chance to do this!

snow is nice.

I haven’t had the time to take out of my stupid day to even try to catch a snowflake on my tounge. Not like it’s hard or anything, you just tip your head up and open your mouth. However, living in the northeast, the snow I eat will be full of pollution from the mid-west! You should see what the rain does to our cars with the pollution from the mid-west! If you wash your car the day before it rains, when it’s done raining, it looks so filthy and grimy. Pretty gross, huh? And people wonder why the planet is falling apart!

Because I did that today…not intentionally, of course!

it’s snowing out here now.

It’s one of those things you have to thank God for!

I never thought I would want to, and I never thought I’d like the snow, but suddenly all of those things changed this year. I bought a snowboard and found a couple people to ride with, and then the next thing I knew, I was snowboarding in the middle of a blizzard. Yes, I was miserable for a short moment, but when it was all over and I was sliding back to my truck, the snow let up and I realized I had a smile on my face! So I pulled back my layers, stuck my tongue out and caught a snowflake…just so I could take that day with me. Yay life!

I love snow, but it rarely snows here. Just gets cold. I hate winter when it doesn’t snow. it’s so stupid.
