Worth doing!

So it’s 15lbs off and I’m on my way to loosing more! Everyone tells me I wear my weight well, but they can still see the loss. Hmmmm. Yeah, well I can feel it. I’m happy, and I’m gonna keep at it.

The one thing that’s been working for me is myfooddiary.com. I love that damn site. It really keeps me in check with what I’m eating, and it’s only $9 a month. Totally worth it. I’ll never leave myfooddairy.

That and I’m riding my bike about twice a week and swimming about twice a week too. I feel great about myself, and the more I exercise, the more I want to.

Just a hundred left to go lol. Yay.

People tell me that I am skinny, but I’d just really love to see what I’d look like at 130 pounds. Just curious. Plus, I’ve been eating a lot less lately, so might as well get this thing started. Not sure how to begin…

I weigh 125 and I’m 5’5. It’s a great weight but I want to have thinner thighs and get a completely flat tummy. 15 pounds will fix this.. i know!! I’m eager to lose the weight, and be at least 118 for my birthday in 3 weeks.. I have the motivation and I’m doing it!

Well, according to the scale I’m on track with 1.5 pounds lost this week—but looking at the day-to-day fluctuations, I think about half a pound of my initial weight was menstrual bloating. I don’t think I should eat any less than I have been, so this means I should exercise a bit more to keep up the pace. That might not happen this week because I’ll be out of town from Mon morning to Fri night, but at least I won’t be in much danger of overeating since that would mean buying my own food on top of free meals. I never eat much at one sitting, so the main thing will be to stay away from any free desserts, unless they look really amazing. :)

I don’t know what happened. One day I got on the scale and I was 122 pounds. I want to go back to the days where I was 107.

Pesky or not they must go! I remember when it was I want to lose 5 pesky pounds, somehow they’ve multiplied! Time to be accountable, reign it in and allow myself to be my best. Plan of action, walk daily, work out 3 times this week, make smarter eating choices, and eat out less! Will report back on my success – oh yeah 145 is where I’m starting from. Now I can’t cheat!
