How I did it: I started working out five times a week and still keeping that pace after one year. Progress is quick - within 8 to 10 weeks I noticed the results.I got professional support: the crew develops regularly updated schedules. I have worked out every day so far this week… today I did a 45 minutes work out between the bike, elliptical and the rowing machine. That’s the most I have done so far. I’m going to need to keep that up for sure.
So in my first week things did not go as planned, but I did work out!
Monday I walked for almost an hour at a pretty quick pace.
Tuesday 10 minutes on the recumbent bike and 10 minutes on the eliptical.
Friday 15 on the eliptical and 10 on the bike again.
My goal is 45 on the eliptical M, W, F, but for now I am working up to it because I am REALLY out of shape! I will be adding couch potato to 5K to my 43 things today thanks to a client and avid runner telling me about it today. It’ll go on the list, but I am sure it will take some time.
Thursday I also took the dog for a 30 minute walk, but that is more fun that work! :) I am only counting on myself to work out three times a week anything else is extra.
Monday an walked for an hour for what would be a brisk pase and today (Wednesday) I broke up my work out beween 10 on the eliptical and 10 on the recumbent bike. Tonight I might walk the dog for awhile too how long depends on how hot it is out there!! I haven’t be following my 200/100 program yet.
Today a couple runners in my office told me about the couch potato to 5K program so I might try that out, but we’ll see. Baby steps right now. Just getting in a routine is something for me.
My big plan is to workout on Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week following the 100 pushups and 200 situps as well as using the eliptical for 45 minutes each day.
It may take some time to work up to 45 minutes on the eliptical, BUT I am on it.
Monday, August 3rd will be the first day!!
I’ve began working out 2 times a week. I hope I can make it last more than a couple of weeks!

I have to get started with working out… I know I have gained a lot of weight n to get rid of that I have to get started.
First of all—Make a schedule for the workout session. You don’t have to go on any specific diet, just avoid or lessen the amount of fat intake. Have meals containing less oil. Plan to do the yoga for about an hour every day.
It does not matter for how long you workout; what matters is how regular you are with your schedule.

I know my problem with working out consistantly- I get bored. Yes, it’s that simple, but not easy to overcome.
I workout hard and regularly for months, but then I grow bored. Then when I see I have gained weight or lost muscle mass I return to the gym.
Perhaps I should join one of the gym’s group fitness classes during these down times..?
work out at LEAST 3 times a week. I’ve smoked for 12 years and it’s time to get my heart and lungs back in shape! I have a family to think about now. And with all the things I want to accomplish…I want to do it healthy !!
remind me to workout and find motivation for it…..
