How I did it: I started working out five times a week and still keeping that pace after one year. Progress is quick - within 8 to 10 weeks I noticed the results.I got professional support: the crew develops regularly updated schedules. I have to get started with working out… I know I have gained a lot of weight n to get rid of that I have to get started.
First of all—Make a schedule for the workout session. You don’t have to go on any specific diet, just avoid or lessen the amount of fat intake. Have meals containing less oil. Plan to do the yoga for about an hour every day.
It does not matter for how long you workout; what matters is how regular you are with your schedule.

I know my problem with working out consistantly- I get bored. Yes, it’s that simple, but not easy to overcome.
I workout hard and regularly for months, but then I grow bored. Then when I see I have gained weight or lost muscle mass I return to the gym.
Perhaps I should join one of the gym’s group fitness classes during these down times..?
work out at LEAST 3 times a week. I’ve smoked for 12 years and it’s time to get my heart and lungs back in shape! I have a family to think about now. And with all the things I want to accomplish…I want to do it healthy !!

..but the hard part is keeping up.. my routine is like only 4x a week, but because of constant partying and whatnot, i end up just working out twice a week :(
i guess i gotta keep a commitment, and a much more doable routine :)
Since the beginning of the year I have been consistently working out. I am proud of the fact that I have been working out 6 days a week consistently for the past 4 weeks. At work we started a biggest loser competition which I am trying to win and that will be going on for the next 14 weeks. This is an exciting time in my life right now. I love the fact that I am getting in better shape—not just for the moment but for life.
Well here are my mesurments after being at the gym tonight.
