And I’ve lost around 12 pounds, mostly in body fat. I’ve gained lean mass and I’ve never felt better with my body before. Climbing has changed the way I eat, which now I am focused on getting in my body as much protein as I can. While climbing I’m having fun doing it. As you need someone to belay you, it’s a social activity as well. On week days I go to the gym 3 nights and I try to go outdoors, on real rocks on weekends.
The best part of all this it that I don’t have to force myself to go climbing, I have to use my brain a lot while doing it and it’s part of my lifestyle, which makes me meet new people and travel. 3 weeks ago

I have been working out for abot a month now and I have doubled the weights I lifted in almost every excercise. I still need to get my bodyfat to lower levels to improve the muscle definition so I’ll have to do a bit more cardio. 3 months ago

It is really different to workout with weights 5 times the weight of those I used here at home. Did a chest/triceps/shoulders workout yesterday and I am quite sore. It’s a good pain though. looking forward to my next workout. 4 months ago

Worked out for like 3 hours today! Fueled by coffee I ran up and down the stairs, jogged around my apartment, did all of Carmen except the cardio warm up, extended the abs section to really feel a burn, did 5 minute Jane Fonda’s, 5 minute bridges, fetal thighs, worked out the calves on the stairs, did lots of plea’s, push ups, even held water bottles during the upper body workout which I did twice btw.
GREAT DAY! 4 months ago

I planned on starting my workouts 2 weeks ago but I needed to focus on my schoolwork so I ended up delaying it indefinitely. Now that I don’t need to focus as much I found a nearby gym where I will go to 3 times a week. 4 months ago
