meet the Decemberists

Saw them live twice…my favorite band.

I would have a deep conversation with Chris Funk about French cheese and irony while Colin Meloy sulked in the corner, driven mad by his genius.

Absnasm made it happen, through a series of fortunate events I was invited on stage to jam with them. It was special and fun.

they played acl a concert in austin texas, where i live. i wanted to go SO bad and so did my cousin jenni but she forgot about it and she was the only way i was gonna get to go so we didn’t go. i was so mad. i’m sure i would’ve loved it.

They were awesome friendly people, I met them after a concert once and they were great to talk to!
