I randomly found this goal and realized just how cool it would be. I was watching this guy doing magic tricks with cards at a store party and I was totally amazed. Apparently tricks with cards are the most difficult ones. The ones where they cut a pretty lady in half, those are easier – as soon as you know the trick, I guess. But the tricks with cards are really hard to learn. I want to learn like real ones, that would make people go “oooooow” and make them wonder how I did it. (because I can do a couple magic tricks already, but they’re dumb and an eight-year-old could figure them out) I still don’t get how the guy at the store did his tricks.

I think there’s nothing better than someone with a magic trick no-one else can figure out.

Delphi really doesn't need another status message to set.
It's just fun

I once mystified my sister with a disappearing quarter trick involving a glass and construction paper. It’s such an awesome feeling when you’ve really blown someone’s mind. It’d be nice to know one impressive illusion I could pull out now and then.

I just want to be able to do that thing where you pull a coin from behind someone’s ear. I’m going to look it up on the internet and see if I can find out how it’s done then get practising.

I saw this magician on tv revealing some street tricks. He showed you how to put your hand on the ground and rotate it 650 degrees or something crazy. It was pretty awesome.

Me and Kaley bought a magic trick from a store in the mall and learned how to turn a penny into a dime. Once we got it down, we showed it to an old lady and a little girl in the food court. I think they were scared of us.

I learned a handful of really good magic tricks that people could not figure out. That was the problem! The reason this is not worth it is because people get angry when you don’t tell them how it’s done. Some with interfere with you when you are doing the trick to see how it’s done. It just got very frustrating and took the fun of it away for me.
The other reason it’s not worth it, for me, is that I’ve just come to dislike anything that’s false. I don’t have time for masks and games. I’m tired of fake things. There’s too much of it in the world.
