Worth doing!
Yesterday my closest friend and I were discussing how rarely we get feedback from others – positive or negative. It feels great on the occasions when I do find out that someone said something good about me. So, I decided to make it my goal to be alert to opportunities to give sincere, honest, genuine feedback to others.
