Watched Danced Like a Man this weekend. Great classical Indian dance film, really dynamite dance scenes. Dramatic story line about fathers and sons, and many interesting lesser lines. I recommend this movie to any Indiaphiles out there. I downloaded it and watched it free at Jaman.com.
Signed on to Jaman.com and watched half of Chokher Bali. Great movie; I laughed, I cried. Great start!
why?...I suppose she was Ms World/Universe or whatever she and her good-looking self was.
It was on TV last night- WHOA! a wholly Australian Bollywood production (I can’t believe Tania Zaetta made it in Bollywood- she’s such a pig). Indians with Australian accents in a movie! WHOOOPEEEE!
And the `Crocodile Dundee’ character was hilarious! eChkZhaktly!

In Sydney today and used the motorbike parking I used. So my bike got completely parked in by the set. And I got to drive through it feeling like a badass Sanjay Datt fuqr! hahahahaha!
Then I found out that some of my relatives have extra roles in it too. Man I need an agent again….

There is a Bollywood Dance group starting up locally… I’ve been remiss about following up my interest in Bollywood films due to other commitments. I may have to twist my own arm to attend this, the shame is that I wouldn’t have a clue about how the men dance in Bollywood films. Been too busy looking at the girls…..

Has everyone heard about Sanjay Datt? I read in the `Australian’ that he’d been cleared of charges of guilt by association with the terrorist attacks in Mumbaii in ‘93.
I love Bollywood movies for the way they bipass a lot of the crass cynical western attitudes I find I inflict myself with. The music is always good and can verge on the incredible; “Chhole Ke Pice” is my favourite song of all time!
I really need to improve my totally inept Hindi as well.
I have no excuse considering how cheap they are to buy and also in Sydney there are more and more cinemas showing them.
Also the women are enchanting…....
