I think the issue is not “getting up when alarm goes off” . . . BUT going to bed at a decent time.
So, I am going to first focus on the going to bed time. :)

Day 2
I did ok. got up and made bed as soon as alarm went off.
Day 3.
uh . . what alarm. I went to bed very late since i had a headache. then i overslept my first two classes of the day and decided not to go in at all since i am still not feeling all that great. This is the first time in YEARS that I have done this.
why now i wonder?
anywho, starting over tomorrow.
