Forever on daily bases this activity is on going ,, for any one want to start now here is my advise :
1-start simply and easy , so start plan to do it 3 times aweek at any time you r free ,
First week , do it for 15 min , to prepare your body for new change and activity , and not get tired .
2nd week increase time to 20mins , keep on this time during the hole week , u could make it 4 times if you feel comfortable ,
3rd week increase time 30mints , if you feel tired return to 20 mins until week end .
4th week make it 4 times per week , 35mins , agian if you feel tired return to 30mins .
After 4 weeks you could increase time by 10mints every week, and repeat it 5 times at the time of the day you feel it proper &comfort for the most,
follow this plan with consedration of your health status , nutration habit , you need to drink water always ,,,

I’ve cut back on this and I’m not entirely happy about it. I’ve quit noting my miles and now I bicycle just for the sake of bicycling. I’ll probably bring this up again in a different way. 6 months ago

I’m working a 12 hour shift tonight, so I took a spin around the neighborhood. One thing I love about cycling is the heightened awareness I experience. The trees are budding or blooming now, and they are lovely. And the fragrance! Wonderful!
My tire has a slow leak. It is flat every time I start out. I’ll take it to the bike shop on Monday. I keep my bike in the back of my minivan so that I can ride in different parts of the city.
This year I have a couple of goals. One is to master some basic bike repair. Also, I’d like to manage heat and wind better. And I’m sure I will be able to ride longer distances than in previous years. Yep, I’m ready! 14 months ago
