I realize it’s only the 7th day of the new year, but I haven’t missed a day yet. This may be the longest I’ve remembered to take my vitamins at a stretch.
Currently, I’m having a bit of a problem with nausea as a result, but I haven’t been eating my breakfast before taking it. Shame on me, eh?

During mid summer, I bought some multivitamin/multimineral supplements and after that, I took it basically everyday. It’s a habit for me now, to take a supplement everyday, lol. I’ve noticed a difference everyone! My nails have become very strong and look healthy (like when you take prenatal pills which basically have the same purpose as multivitamins) my skin looks healthier too. But what I also did was balance it with better eating habits lol. Without eating good meals, I don’t think the multivitamin would be able to release all its potential (because for instance, some vitamins like vitamin C need iron to help with absorption). So I guess, taking the multivitamins made me more determined to vary my food intake and encouraged me to eat healthier. :) I’m still taking them everyday I think I will for awhile. :)
