How to work out 5 days a week
How I did it: I bought the Polar heart rate monitor (f11) that gives me a trophy icon every week I burn at least 2500 calories. Highly motivating! Plus, I powered through even when tired or sick.
Lessons & tips: Don't make up excuses, you're only cheating yourself!
Resources: Polar f11 heart monitor, gym membership, wii workout games.

being totally messed-up, so I haven’t worked out as much as I’d like. Missed my meeting with my trainer on monday because I was sleeping! It’s expensive to spend $75 when I sleep through the appointment.
Time to get back on track.
I have two jobs and I work night shift (3rd shift) so its not the easiest schedule to work around, however I do belong to a 24 hour gym so the possibility exists. I just need to feel motivated to get to the gym esepecially when I am overtired.
I will start off by mapping out my week and planning for my gym times. I’ll plan for 6 days that way if one doesn’t happen I still have 5.

and have just restarted with my walking group. Well, it’s a start. Let’s hope it pays off.

This is the 4th day this week that I have worked out! Rode my bike 2 days, took a walk one day and did vigourous house cleaning another day. I also have done weights twice this week.

I have had a lot of back pain the last few days. I hope that it does not effect how much working out I can do in the next week.

Weights alternating with cardio to keep my hear rate up! Working really well. My body is so sore!

So far I worked out 2.5 hours in two days! Walking, strength training, vigourous house cleaning. I have lost two lbs this week (probably would have lost more so far if it had not been “that time of the month”)

I have done interval training 3 days and I took a 20 min walk for one of those days as well

Did 5 of them at work and then chased Nathan up and down the stairs at the circus for 1/2 hour on Saturday!
