Live in the moment — 2 years ago
Read the New Testament (consider the lilly of the field), most self help books, this is the number one rule, but probably the hardest to achieve. The past runs like a movie in your mind, future plans are always popping up. Since the moment goes by so quickly the solution is probably not to try to live in the “moment” but live in say “the hour”, the morning, the afternoon, even a whole weekend.
I think that the best way to do this is to actually plan for it, even a kind of strategic plan with an objective, resources, the actual activity and then a review to see how it went.
