I would love to have one thing on this earth that I am super knowledgeable about. I’ve recently read about half a dozen books on Anne Frank, but with all of the dates I would need to keep straight I doubt this has potential. I don’t want to just be able to spout off facts, anyway. If I could tie perfect bows or carve fruit into flowers or something a bit more useful it would be brilliant. I can’t even make my chocolate mousse come out the same way each time, so this may take some time.
