throw away 30 things I don't need

I have so much junk laying around that I hardly have room to put things away anymore. I really want to follow the “a place for everything, and everything in it’s place” rule. Maybe if the stuff doesn’t have a place I don’t need it? We’ll see!

that i’ll donate or yard sale or throw out. i’m trying to downsize all the crap in my room so this will be important

1. old contact lenses
2. old elegant shoes
3. old montain shoes
4. a lot of bags

Además de saber todas y cada una de las cosas que tengo en mi habitación, tengo espacio de nuevo y he hecho feliz a gente con las que cosas que yo no necesito, pero que ellos sabrán aprovechar. Otras las he tirado al contenedor de reciclaje de papel: las más difíciles de desprenderme. Me cuesta tirar cosas, incluso papeles. De mayor tendré el síndrome de Diógenes, lo veo venir… xD

The last of the yard sale leftovers went to the dump today! ww-hoo!

Two giant bags of file folders – hanging folders, manilla folders, all variety of file supplies. Goodwill!

All my paperwork is now contained in a few very nice looking expanding files. Progress!

...threw out my undergrad cap and gown – seriously, why was I holding on to this??

I thought that more folk would be out and about on the july 4 holiday for yard sales in the morning.

While I did get all my stuff together for the sale, I only sold a few things. But hey…I made about $20 in the process.

I can’t bring myself to throw the things in the trash so I have packed it all up for another try at a yard sale with a friend…maybe the combination of both of our junk will lure in more folks.

I really need to get on this one…but I think I’ll try to sell some of my crap at a yard sale first! Then if nobody wants my crap, I’ll throw it out. Scouts honor!
