goals for today…....hmmmm….cut the grass, drive kids here and there, feed the chickens, weed the garden, go out for lunch, cook an amazing dinner…....feel happy about my day.

Right now at this very moment I have zero energy and feel overwhelmed by too many things to do. When I have a million things to do I cope by doing nothing at all. I am in denial. I am going to start making lists again…..this helps me.

goals for tomorrow…....exercise lady, clean bed and breakfast rooms, start on taxes, pack…...these are actually tasks, not goals

today…tuesday….go to exercise lady, go on run, clean one bed and breakfast room, do some paperwork, start packing, drive to hockey practise.

I’ve done it..just not as well as I had hoped and the daily “failures” (not reaching five each day) is starting to bum me out.

This is why I have added a new goal entitled do something productive each day. If I do at least ONE major (“productive”) thing each day I know I will be more satisfied.



I'd like to lie and say I managed all yesterday's reachable goals 3 years ago

but..I didn’t do them all.
I’ll tack the undone items onto today’s list.

Install software
straighten out bedroom chaos
application in mail
library & errands
make phone calls
