I’ve wanted to do this forever but I forgot about it. I thought about it again when was browsing through other peoples’ goals. I am contemplating weather I should get zoom whitening done or go with the whitening strips.
The strips are cheaper and would take longer and I would probably keep forgetting to put them on. I am also not sure if the strips would give me the major results I want. Would it be noticeable?
The zoom is rediculously expensive and potentialy painful but it would all be done with in one day. I’m afraid of the major pain the zoom would put me through. I’m sure it would be worth it but I don’t know how long the pain would last. Days? Weeks? Forever???
I remember the dreadful pain I had when I got my braces put on. I think I’m just scaring myself now. Although I could take some ibuprofen before and after. I don’t know if that would help.
It would be pretty aewsome to do it now and enjoy white teeth all summer long. It would look awesome with my summer tan. drifts off to lala land.
Beauty is pain. Right!?

I don’t smoke, and drink very little wine, so why have my perfectly straight gnashers ended up looking worse for wear. It’s getting me down that people notice it, and feel free to point out that my two front teeth have stains on them ‘you have lipstick on your teeth’, ‘whats that on your teeth’. It’s a ‘stain’ people. From my lifelong habit of knocking back between 5- 8 cups of the strong malty stuff (Assam for me please).
I like the ritual of drinking tea. I like buying loose leaf tea, decanting it into a pretty tin, setting up my teapot, straining it and then slurping it. It’s pretty ritualistic I guess. I also get headaches when I quit it. It’s the same with coffee too, I love it. I could drink a whole cafetieree just to myself. Hmmm me thinks, that maybe giving up cafiene should be a goal in itself.
If I did get my teeth whitened, I would honestly give up the tea. I would just have to find another ritual to take its place.

crest whitening strips! I’ve seen a difference in the whiteness of my teeth, although it’s not super ultra white like the pictures of the people on the box. Now, that I think about it, I should have posted a before/after pic…

PeaceNLove09 is writing down entries for future reference...
Thank you for my cheers. I’m going to get around to this before spring quarter…. if I can. I’m going to get it done at one of the service places they have in a mall.
It doesn’t take that long. It’s supposed to keep them white for like 2 years. I hope so!

After getting my braces off in eighth grade, I never returned to my usual dentist. Now, I’ve started seeing a new dentist, four years later, (pretty bad, right?). Well thankfully, my teeth have remained healthy. Lately I’ve been interested in getting my teeth whitened. My next visit to the dentist will be in February, and it’ll be nice to enter college with pretty white teeth, haha. But anyways, before that, I’m getting my wisdom tooth pulled out this month. :)

I’d never thought about it until I was on holiday and everyone else was having things done. I could really notice but my sister has before and after pics and you can see the difference.
It was abit weird having a tiny hoover in my mouth though.
If you have the money i’d get them done but if not I always think having a tan on my face makes my teeth look much whiter, fake bake is cheaper than a dentist. x

secondmercedes lovin' every minute of it. And..like a weatherman predicting the news.
My dentist offered this for free if you referred someone to their practice. I referred someone and they sent me a thank you card plus a coupon. I was able to hang onto the coupon and at my next visit for a cleaning I gave it to them. I was so happy with myself that I kept that coupon for my appointment. Then I made an appointment and my teeth are going to look even more beautiful than they already do for the holidays! YAY!

Fbeckera Things I want to accomplish in this lifetime.
I’ve done the over the counter stuff and it worked okay, but I want a really good whitening process that is done by a professional. I’m researching these places I’m seeing set up in the mall. I don’t know how safe they are but I would imagine they are as safe as what the dentists are charging $700 for. After I do a little research and save a little money I’m going for it.
