I’ve already lost 15 pounds. I just need 10 more to go to be a healthy weight! I really want to have this done by Dec 01, but we’ll see how it goes. I just have to make it through Thanksgiving….

How I did it: I did Teabo 3 times a week the first 2 weeks, and walked 1 mile the days I did not do Teabo. Thereafter, I slowly built myself up to jogging. One block at a time, then two blocks, then three! Eating healthier, not starving! I wanted to lose 1 lb a week, so that I could keep it off! I would love love to lose 5 more lbs....but as of right now, I am happy and continuning to build up my cardio for overall health. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Eat healthier, cut back on portions and exercize. Chocolate cake? Super small portion. Yes, exercize is boring, but going to the gym or anything really, just made me feel so much better. I never felt starved or that I couldn't have anything. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I was depressed and stressed and without knowing it I was changing my eating habits and my moneyspending habits...the less I ate the more I saved money and when I stepped on the scales at work just out of boredom(I work at a hospital..duh!) and noticed I lost 10lbs!!!! I was freaked out I couldnt believe it so since I was already doing whatever it was that I was doing I kept it up!And now I'm on another goal to lose 20lbs more! Read how I did it…

How I did it: I used to always be weight-conscience because, as a child, I was always on the "more than average" side of the scale. Though I was never even close to obese, it was just enough to make my confidence that much less than desirable (especially in my delicate high school atmosphere where “how you look is everything”). My modeling and acting career never boosted any concrete self-assurance either. Before, at 125 pounds, I was much slimmer than… Read how I did it…

How I did it: I went through a lifestyle change... raw foods to the max, and I feel incredible! I actually was eating a raw vegan diet last year, but change because of who I was dating. I love it, though, and I can't really see myself going any less than 75% raw. Read how I did it…

This is to give me a jump start to my ultimate weight loss goal. After I achieve this I plan on buying a new outfit for myself.
So far I’ve lost 15 but I’m looking to lose another 10 to get to 120 and eventually get down to 115
I am officially confident in saying I have lost 5 (non water weight) lbs. And I have done it solely through diet and exercise. I feel great and can’t wait to lose 5 more.
My weight ballooned from around 130 to 172 since freshman year of college. Blame fast food, stress, drinking, the munchies, and inactivity. After a few months of consciously forming healthier habits, I went back down to 150. However, I’ve slacked off for a month and a half. I’ve noticed a little weight is starting to creep back on (around 5 lbs). I want to nip this in the bud and get back to being healthy and losing weight.
My diet plan in a nutshell: I’m drinking only water, tea, and regular coffee. I’m swearing off soda, alcohol, and energy drinks. I’m avoiding candy and snack foods, and using less cheese and oil when I cook. Lots of whole grains and fresh produce. Eating slowly and consciously instead of stuffing my face in front of the TV. One day I week I will allow myself to eat something naughty, because I know that if I restrict too much I will probably break down and binge.
Exercise: I have a bunch of good yoga DVD’s, Wii Fit, My Personal Trainer, etc. When the weather permits, I’ll be riding my bike and walking more. I’m aiming for half an hour a day. I’m going to try to alternate cardio and strength training. I have all the tools, I just need to force myself to get off my ass and use them. Which I am going to do right now. :)
Im not overweight at all, but I feel a little too sluggish. I dance, but I dont think that is enough. I just want to feel a little bit more energetic and healthier.
First off I start eating healthier
and walking my dog every day. Then Ill build on that. ^^
Lost six over the past 2-3 weeks by just making more conscious decisions about food and exercise.
I anticipate that I should finish this with no problem in the next 4 weeks.
I’m going to live my life normally, but be more active. Even if I don’t lose 10 lbs., I’ll become a more fit person.
