How I did it: I did Teabo 3 times a week the first 2 weeks, and walked 1 mile the days I did not do Teabo. Thereafter, I slowly built myself up to jogging. I’ve already lost 10 pounds since march. I’ve simply cut back on meal size and eaten less fatty foods. I am 5’10 and my new weight is 155. I was never really fat but I look a lot better now. I have fairly big bone structure and I have a lot of muscle for athletics so I think that my body would look close to perfect at 145, and also I want to get into modeling so 145 is probably the lowest I can get and be healthy and keep my curves for my body shape.
No tricks.
Lose the weight by Labor Day- September 7 , 2009.
Just be aware of my choices and go for strength and overall health.
i just need a lil weight off to feel comfortable in clothes that outline shape…hopefully this can be achieved by my 20th birthday!
