I have wanted to lose 10-20 pounds for the past year. I finally got tired of thinking about it and decided to start doing it. In three weeks I have lost three pounds. I started the Insanity workout routine because I felt like I hit a plateau with my exercise routine. I also changed my diet to healthier choices. Insanity is a hard workout but I love that about it. It is definitely hard to eat healthy when my co-workers order tacos and pizza, bring in pastries and the temptation is there. I usually leave the office or snack on something I brought lol. But this time I am committed. I have learned to say no when sweets are offered to me. When it comes to working out, I keep a calendar because it feels awesome to cross out another day I’ve completed. 2 months ago
