10 people have joined my museum group! 5 rsvped for the trip to santa barbara. 3 women and 2 men. Would you believe only the 2 men showed up! So, the 3 of us went and had a delightful day.
I have the de young museum planned for October, the morro bay museum for November, perhaps I can replan the Getty for December and remove this from my list.

What happened?
15 months ago
I started the museum group and guess what?! Five people have joined! Isn’t that Exciting! Yes! laugh Then why isn’t this item done? Because, Silly, it was the first trip planned. No one had really joined in time for the trip. However, the September trip is to the Santa Barbara museum of art (4 rsvps so far!) and October is to the de Young museum in San Francisco (1 rsvp so far!). I’ll re-plan the Getty so this can, indeed, move to the done list.
Aren’t we proud of me for multi-tasking my list? The museum group will take visiting the Getty museum off my list and may also find me one of those two friends I am looking for!

Yes, I stepped out of my comfort zone and started a museum meetup group. I planned the first trip to be to the Getty museum. Very clever, I thought, as it will take this item and put it on the I’ve done this list! The trip is planned for next Saturday. I hope I am not going on the trip alone. Time will tell. I thought that, perhaps, setting up the museum group might lead to finding a friend or two I could call up and do other things with. I’m proud of me for taking this step.

Done it, on a first date too. Very cool place. There wouldn’t be a second date but I would definitely go back to the Getty. Maybe with another date.
