I just need a way to get my aggression out, learn to defend myself and get a good workout! I feel like this could be something so positive, but it’s expensive (for me) and I don’t know how to make it happen!

Ive finally got the number of a place near me that does it so it looks like im giong to do this… I want to for so many different reasons, not all of them logical or normal.
My Girl Scout troop once took a kickboxing lesson when I was in, say, fourth grade, and now it’s coming back to me! Kickboxing is mad cool, and I think I know a place near me where I could take lessons. Two places, actually.
I’m so excited!
working out ends up in rise in adrenalin, adrenalin feels happy. kicking stuff is a way of relaxing, kicking stuff in a strategic pattern clears all the negative energy. it can be exhausting at first but u feel lighter and more balanced and peaceful(!)as u progress
