Iv completed a Walk Leader training course which qualifies me to lead public walks for people who what to be more physically active (typically: the old, clinically overweight, depressives, cardiac re-habilitation patients etc)and since doing moderate aerobic activity for 30 minutes a day five days a week: cuts Heart disease by a third, reduces the risk of osteporosis, diabetes and improves general fitness enabling them to live longer and healthier lives… id have to lead about 20 walks or so to help benefit 1,000 peoples lives… that would work, right?
