put uplifting post-it notes in public places

I did this in a grocery store and got kicked out. It was so much fun to do, and they didn’t know where I had put them so people still got happy messages!

It is an awesome habit to get in to… you can look up inspiring quotes online, or you can just write little things like “have a nice day.” some friends and i have actually started writing postit notes that say something along the lines of “You’ve been loved! Spread the love by doing one nice thing (no matter how small) for someone. Start a chain reaction!” idk about you but if i saw that i would deffinatly do something nice for someone.

I’m going to get a fresh post it pad and spend a night writing little notes ( will have to make sure my writing isn’t recognisable) and then spend a day randomly placing them around wherever I go.

i did this with my friends last summer. we wrote little quotes and hello’s and have a nice day’s on post it notes, and stuck them around my neighbourhood and at the plaza. on mailboxes, cars, windows, stop signs. it was fun, and it made you feel that maybe, you’ll make someone’s day a little bit brighter with just a tiny piece of paper.
