i got my belly button pierced.
i’m 16 now and rarely show it.
at the time it hurt alot, probably due to my age.
but i’d still recommed it, i think they look cute.

It’s worth doing. It is one of the best ways to wear jewelry on the body, since the navel ring fits inside the navel. I think it makes the navel look better. We have ‘em, so why not decorate them!
Take care of it after the piercing and you should not have a problem. And you need to allow plenty of time for healing, around 9 months or maybe longer for some people. That way, you will know that the piercing will not close. And after that, always try to keep something in it, even if it is just a piece of fishing line.

If anybody is wondering, the beeeeeeest way to pierce your belly button by your self is to 1. Apply ice for about 15-20 minutes.After its cold its best to put an apple pice into your belly button , grap a needle after you burned it with the fire on the tip(reduses bacteria)then quickly close you eyes breathe in and think of the one person that makes you smile.Fast yet steady aim for your belly button, pierce it .Wait for two minutes,and put in your belly button ring.
