"at last i can wear clothes i want rather than those i can fit into after losing 2 stone"

How I did it:

  • being totally determined
  • never giving into 'i need a treat' mentality
  •  write down everyday the food/drink you consume and mark the number of points/calories you have used

    Bother Bother Bother, I lost about 4 Stone last year but the rate at which it’s been dropping off me has slowed to . . . .well nothing. I’ve joined The Cook Yourself thin club for meal suggestions and I’ll just have to be very disciplined with myself from now on. Except I’m going to a friends house for dinner so maybe I’ll start on Saturday morning. . .

    im fourteen. my highest weight has been 11 and a half stone. im currently about 10 stone 5, the lowest ive got to recently has been 10 stone. ive put on a few in the past 3 weeks due to bingeing. but im going to stop starting on the 7th october. im hoping to be about 9,10 for halloween which is 23 days away. then for my birthday which is on the 2nd decemeber to be 9 stone.
