I wrote some motivational things on stickies to look at when I want to destroy myself by gorging… so hopefully that will work. I am just going to work on being very mindful and calculating mentally what I am putting in.

Selpha is missing her boyfriend
well i’m 5’4, and last time i checked i was around 135. sadly we don’t have a scale at my moms house, so i have to wait till i spend the weekend with my dad to see my current weight.
i’m trying three things to loss weight right now;
1.) cut out snacks except for on weekends, or if i’m out with friends (sort of like how people social drink, i kinda have a tendency to social eat)
2.)Drink nothing but water, and lot of it.
3.)Find a way to work out. i’d love to dance (like musical choreography that i miss sooo much)but my floors move too much, and my brother’s temporarily living in the basement, but once he moves out i’m stealing it for my workout space. We also have a treadmill that no one uses, so i can try that.
i must have looked like a total idiot with the biggest smile on when i looked down and read 119! i know it isnt much of a difference but i havnt been 119 for..well i cant quite remember..but damn the holidays.Right now and i had to eat this huge x-mas dinner! but dont worry i cranked the radeo up and turned the shower on so no one could hear me throw it all up.
