So I completed my volunteering today…60 hours in total:). That’s not bad, but I know I can do a lot more. I also printed out a timeline that should keep me on track each semester to get me into a good medical school. I also plan to do more volunteering during the school year and I already have a research position. The only thing left for me to do is to get an awesome MCAT score and amazing grades. WashU here I come!!! 18 months ago

I am preparing for my admissions right now. I am creating a timeline and I will follow it. I will persist. I will give my best. I will pave my way to this goal, and will travel it no matter how long or rough the path. 18 months ago

I’m tired of panicking and worrying and then becoming so overwhelmed that I don’t do anything to build up my resume. I’m going to decide what I want to do to keep me busy and keep my days as productive as I can (with some lazy ones in between) and I will enjoy my life, without a standard or finish line. Goodbye idea of WashU; I won’t let you ruin my three years. 18 months ago

I won’t beat myself up if I don’t get in. I mean, it’s a very hard school to get into and there are plenty of other great schools who would want me by my senior year. I’ll just give my best (despite not giving it during my first year :/ ) 19 months ago
