until I can get the Curves routine down. I want to make these lifestyle changes, but in order to be successful I think I need to focus on one goal at a time. So, I will be focusing on going to Curves three times a week. Once I get into that habit, I think it will be easier to work the treadmill in.

Well, I didn’t do this Sunday or Monday because I wasn’t feeling well. But, I did do this today – a little late, but still in the morning. I dropped down a couple of levels because my left knee was starting to hurt.

Well, I did it today. I didn’t get started ‘till 9:00 PM or so, but I did it. I don’t like doing it, especially in the evening – or night – but I did it. I set my weight a little higher today because I weighed myself at Curves yesterday, and that’s why I burned more calories today.

This is a hard habit to form. I didn’t get on the treadmill yesterday because I had to get to an appointment by 9:00 AM. I was going to do it in the evening, but I didn’t. I did get on the treadmill today though – even if it was late.

I didn’t get to walk on the treadmill yesterday because most of the day was taken up with having the satellite TV installed. It was an all around unhealthy day as we didn’t eat well either. Today I was finished with the treadmill by 10:15 AM – good, but I need to get this done earlier in the day.

Level three was still fairly easy, so I went up to level four. For a few minutes I thought I wouldn’t make it, but I bore down and kept the feet moving. I don’t think I’ll be going up to the next level for a while though.
