How I did it: I was lucky enough to have my sister studying fashion in Milan Italy. At the end of her schooling, my family and I went to move her back to the states, and we toured most of Italy. It is everything you think it would be and more. Read how I did it…

How I did it: I wanted to go to Rome for a few years and booked a 3 day trip for my 18th birthday...unfortunately due to bad timing (im born near christmas :( ) I had to go a few weeks later in January. But the weather was great and so was the language...the buildings looked pretty amazingly cool too :D Read how I did it…
How I did it: I went on ryanair, found a flight for a tenner there and back in one day. So I booked it because I wanted a pizza. Got an early flight... got there met another english guy on the flight who was doing the same thing, but staying longer, spent the whole day with a complete stranger in Milan and it was fanbloodytastic it really was. The most surreal day ever, but well worth doing. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I was originally planning on going on my own, but my college offered an "EL Seminar"/class on a trip to Italy. I applied and got in! We went a ton of places - Florence, Venice, Rome, Siena, etc. It was a lot to take in, but definitely worth it. Read how I did it…

So our friend’s getting married in September 2009 in the Amalfi Coast and we’ve booked our tickets!
So many to plan, so many to see.
Looking for hotels and things to do for 9 days in Italy.
We’ll be going to Venice, Florence, Rome, Amalfi. A lot in 9 days but that’s all we have. This is why I wish we live in Europe with at least 1 month paid vacation.
Oh well, you gotta work with what you got.
Yay!
Well, this should be a fairly simple goal. A friend is getting married in Florence so the locations and dates are set. I had been watching air fares for a while and a few weeks ago found a good price.
Now I am calling the other travelers to see what they are doing while in country. I pick the events that seem like the most fun to me.

While unpacking/clearing out, any change I or anyone else should find is going in a glass on a top shelf. Must have at least 20 in there now.
I find myself with my annual cold, and so I’m staying home today. While looking for change to buy supplies, I went to the magic glass. Reached for what in my stuffy-for-the-moment brain looked like two-pound coins, but are actually euros from previous trips.
Which I will use to buy my first ever coffee in Italy, to be enjoyed in less than two weeks.

My kids, husband, mom and dad, mom-in-law, two sister-in-laws and their families, my two brothers and sister and their families, and of course me. We went to Italy last summer. It was a huge family gathering, around 30 people. We went to Venice, Florence, Rome, and Positano. It was very fun and great for the family. It was hard work though keeping track of a huge family like that.
i am adnan mahar from gujrat pakistan i love italia b.coz this country is too much natural.

OMG i went for a school trip to italy, ireland and france, (with a lil of germany)
Out of those 5 countries Italy was the best. We had about 5 hours each day by ourselves and we just walked with locals and it was freakin amazing!
