open the yellow pages, pick the seventh restaurant, and eat the seventh entree and dessert on the menu

I’m leery about doing this, even though it’s a relatively easy one to do. I have avoided looking in the yellow pages for which restaurant it will be.

I want to set a day aside to do this, prepare to leave, and then open the yellow pages. Then, I’ll call them and get directions (to make sure they are open), drive there right away, and finish up on the other details. I think that’s the only way to keep this truly adventurous.
