Saw a model of perfect health, actually. A very accomplished, 30 something triathlete and marathon runner. Actually, she was a model in many ways I would like to emulate. But seeing her radiate health was an inspiration to seriously start moving.

AMGL is seriously pruning her goals.
My insulin-related pigmantation on my armpits, elbows, and inner thighs has decreased! Not entirely gone, but it has been completely natural because of the changes in my diet! Another sign of hormonal balance!

AMGL is seriously pruning her goals.
After not having been there for over a year…thought my teeth were going to be in bad shape, but it turns out the change in diet has really helped me keep my teeth in tip-top shape (which has major health ramifications)! Woohoo!
Still have a way to go to accomplish my goal, but I liked getting this surprise.

AMGL is seriously pruning her goals.
Basically, five things:
1. Hormonal balance
2. Healthy weight
3. Flexibility in my range of movement
4. Physical endurance
5. Strength
Other major external signs include skin condition and leg tightness. Basically, I want physical signs that my skin can heal from lacerations well, which it is not doing right now, and to me is a major sign that my body is healthy.
Goals for this week:
1. Make an appointment with a holistic doctor
2. Make an appointment for colontherapy
3. Start doing homemade enemas
4. Start doing my castor oil packs
5. Stop eating fried food/ red meat
6. Get more natural sunlight
