i just got on here and had no idea that there were other people out there! im crying right now bcuz i thot that i was just different. everyday i would see everyone else and i would envy all those people with perfect skin…and ask myself why cant i just stop picking? i finally got so sick of myself that i decided to look it up online…i mean there had to be someone else out there with this too…and found this place. Thanks to whoever started it, i mean it.

I blame bad genetics. My dad still has acne and he is 50.
It’s just so difficult to leave black heads alone. It also is a relief to dig at one of those pus filled ones just under the skin.
I took antibiotics that reduced my outbreaks – slightly. Topical creams either don’t work or really dry out my skin.
It seems to be a losing battle.
