It has never been easy to be patient, but it’s probably harder now than at any time in history… but it can be done.
Here’s why i have decided to be more calm and patient… because I don’t want to encounter health problems due to constant emotional stress that result in physical symptoms!Enough is enough!
What i have decided to do, before i get all stressed out, close my eyes and take several long deep breaths, put my problems in perspective and always remember that they pale in comparison to someone else’s, be a tolerant person, when other people make mistakes I don’t want to be quick to pass judgment and remember that no one is perfect, Carve out some time just for me to do things I’ve always wanted to do, Stop my mind from going in too many directions, just do one thing at a time… As I believe by doing this I’ll be able to improve my life in many ways.. Better health, a more enjoyable social life :)
