camp in the mountains

So many low level camps but I’ve always dreamed of wild camping up in the hills somewhere. I have a mountain tent and everything.

I’ve been “camping” twice now in george, wa, at the Gorge and near the Canyon. Not quite camping in the mountains, but I’m working on it 4 years ago

I have always loved the mountains. I live in Florida and the topography is very boring around here. The very next time I get to go far enough north to do it I am bringing my tent. Ideally I will be hiking out to some far off point, but even if I find a campground with tent sites that has a great location I need to do this. 5 years ago
