How to learn how to read body language

One of the best things 3 weeks ago

to come out of this goal is how much more attention I pay to my own body language. Not only am I better able to monitor the signals that I’m sending out, but it’s helped me to get more in touch with what I am feeling and how I’m responding to particular people and situations before I’ve consciously realized it. Valuable.

I am learning a few things from the tv show Lie To Me.

I find it curious that they tell you signs someone is lying but actors are always lying when in character.

I want to be able to know what people really mean instead of what they are saying because only 7% of communication is by speaking, the rest is tone of voice & body posture

But as part of my degree in communication I have has to learn about non-verbal communication. It’s really so interesting to see how people may say one thing with their mouth but show a wholle different thing with their body. Arms and legs reveal the most when someone is trying to deceive, so look out for tapping feet or picking nails if u suspect! lol.

that Tracey Fox’s book Superflirt is really helpful and I’ve learned some cute new tricks just by browsing through it.

I’m now waiting for my friend (the buyer) to finish it and barrow it to me :)
