I felt so good over the summer… I was able to control my calorie intake and I worked out daily. I weighed 82 lbs at lowest. Ever since school began, I’ve been gaining more and more weight. I’ve got to stop wallowing in self-pity. I need discipline and exercise. I’m starting tomorrow. 18 months ago
