Write Freeware

I have to regularly switch between two ethernet port. Each switching require changing IP manually. Luckily, there is one utility call “netsh” in xp for script tcp/ip setting.

My idea is to develop front end for this utitity.

Still have no idea yet what should be the freeware.
I imagine it to be stand-alone windows application which is small but useful and of course must be cool.

I might include this with start up software company plan.
