send out postcards via postcrossing

Imagine my surprise when I received an email from TheGreatBeyond saying how surprised she was to receive a PostCrossing postcard from me. I didn’t make the connection between her here and there because she used different ids, but it just goes to show what a small world we have.

So far two of the first five cards that I sent out have been received. The first was received yesterday in Germany, and then the second today in Portugal.

I’ve also gotten two more addresses to send cards out to, one in the Philippines and the other in Finland. Both cards dropped in the mail today.

I’d like to get into the top postcrossers stats during this year. I’ve stocked up with lots of postcards so that as soon as I can get another address I can send it out the next day.

I’m going to move this to completed, want to do again, as soon as I receive my first completion notice on postcrossing.

I got some very cool postcards, and some equally cool stamps to put on them. I mailed off the five postcards overseas for postcrossing, as well as one for Cathibeth, and two for the Robots.

I’m gonna leave this goal open for a bit even though I’ve done it now.

I’ve gotten my five addresses and will be sending out postcards tomorrow to the Netherlands, Brazil, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Portugal.
