So I’ve decided to attempt to meditate in the morning and at night for 15-20 minutes each. That is my overall goal I want to achieve. But I want to take small steps to get to stage. Soooo this is how I will start for now I will be pleased if I meditate even once three times a week. Then I will progress to meditating everyday. Then I will extend it to meditating once everyday and twice three times….until I am in the habit of meditating twice a day. 2 years ago
