get a job- ANY job

How I did it: I really wanted to work as a waitress and not in a shop so I spent three days walking around handing in job applications to my local restaurants, bars, and Starbucks'. I also applied to towns further afield, and even in the centre of London which takes about an hour by tube to get to. How I did it: Its definitely worth getting your first job, and getting over the fear and innocence of your teenage life. It helps with so many other things once you've had the experience of a job.
