All my life I have done this.
I am a natural early riser. I start ever day at 6:40-7:30 AM
virtually impossible for me to sleep late.
I would like to have time in the morning to sort of prepare myself for the day. I usually wake up just in time to make it out the door on school days. I don`t want to have to rush around in the morning, so I need to get up around 6:30am. I should go to bed before 10:30pm. We`ll see how this works out.

I am 20 and I realized that I am destroying my health by having this kind of life.I am getting out every day, doing a lot of Ciggarettes, going to sleep at 4am every day and wake up at 2pm…This isn’t exactly how I want to live my life. Initially it was fun but now after almost two years, I think it’s really stupid…So in order to wake up early and doing all the things I want to do, i’ve got to change the way i live.
im startin college in september and i cant even wake up in the mornin i go to sleep at ridiculous hours nd wake up at ridiculous hours! i need to get into a routine as my friend said lol x
iv gootta get out of the viscious circle of getting up really late and then i can’t go to sleep at night and because of that im tired so i dont get up early, so iv just got to stat getting up early!
I am doing horrible at this!!! wow, i forgot this was on my list and i feel like a complete slacker. i only wake up before noon if i have a class =( ohh, poor me, i know, but i really hate myself for not being motivated and sleeping all the time. i make up excuses like depression, epilepsy and all these meds, but when i am productive i get pissed off at how much life i am wasting! i’m changing!!
i spent 10 days in Florida with my friend and her grandparents. they made us wake up before 10:30 everyday. before this, i was sleeping from about 2 am until 1 pm, which is a very bad sleep schedule. since i’ve been home, i’ve kept up with waking up before 10:30, even if i don’t have anything to do until the afternoon. i’m slowly changing my sleeping habits, for the better.
I have class.
It’s those days I dont have class that I sleep in until 11 that I need to work on.
At least I’m up early enough that there are actually music videos on mtv!
...7:17 A.M. ...
i woke up this morning and thought, “wow, did i sleep through my alarm? i feel like i should be up by now”. i looked at my phone, and i was only 7:15 am when i didn’t have to be up until 8:15 am. so i layed there until 8 or so before i rolled out of bed. i’m kind of shocked that my body was ready to be up so early. i think once i’m not here in college anymore, i’ll be more motivated to wake up because i’ll have more interesting things to do in my day rather than sit around and go to class here and there like i do now.
